- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven KPIs
- Pioneer industry-first applications for neural interface tech
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Physics/Bioengineering
- Track record scaling technologies from prototype to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
