Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Evaluate vendor partnerships and emerging tech investments for ROI potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovators, startups, and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
