- Design technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology impact assessments to executive leadership and investment committees
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks and sustainable tech implementation standards
- Mentor R&D teams in translating theoretical innovations into scalable solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
