Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neural interfaces)
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to pilot deployment
- Drive ethical tech frameworks for responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough innovations to market
- Deep expertise in at least 2 future-tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
