Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues using company-provided equipment
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions including Azure, AWS, and O365 for clients across LA and FL
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity protocols including VPN, MFA, and endpoint protection systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system integrations
- Conduct periodic remote system health checks and preventative maintenance
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices during system transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or system administration
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent industry certifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware troubleshooting and software conflicts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote monitoring tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across time zones
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits in New Orleans/Florida
