- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting tech innovation
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or services
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Strong network within tech innovation communities
- Fluency in English with excellent written/verbal communication
