Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and service innovations
- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and identify differentiation opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and cross-cultural innovation strategies
- Certification in technology management or innovation management (e.g., CTO, PMP) preferred
