What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability
- Design blueprints for scalable technology adoption frameworks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubator programs for emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis in quantum/AI/sustainability sectors
- Develop KPIs for technology adoption success metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
