Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Strong financial modeling skills for ROI projection of high-risk initiatives
