Responsibilities
- Lead development of 5-10 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution

- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging innovations into commercial offerings
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment and compliance
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-functional future technologies task force
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Proven track record in launching 3+ major tech innovations
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, bioinformatics)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience managing global R&D partnerships and ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
