- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Create technology roadmaps with clear KPIs and success metrics
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., Prosci, CDIO) preferred
