Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data analytics and market forecasting skills
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certification in technology strategy or futures studies preferred
