Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market viability by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development leadership
- Proven track record of launching innovative products in emerging markets
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals preferred
