Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and biocompatible interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Present technology scenarios to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
