Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps

- Forge partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with KPI-driven project oversight
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech implications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
