- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement across innovation projects
- Represent the company at global tech forums and shape industry thought leadership

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
