Responsibilities

- Develop and present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate innovative solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field preferred
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystem (VCs, labs, startups)
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
