Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential for 2026 market landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise operations and product development
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology visions and implementation plans to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
