Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and service models
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks impacting future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with proven future-vision capabilities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Track record of launching innovative products or services in regulated industries
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
