Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published author in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- CISSP certification or equivalent security clearance
