Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategy
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical tech adoption and regulatory compliance
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and research institutions
- Present future technology trends to executive boards and investor groups
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related advanced degree
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong network within DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of engineers and data scientists
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed tech journals
