- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Build partnerships with academic labs and startups for early-stage tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and market disruption analysis
- Exceptional financial modeling for tech ROI and risk assessment
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
