Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory shifts

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI governance, neuromorphic chips, decentralized networks) for competitive opportunity assessment
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 companies for technology adoption
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $20M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs and milestone tracking
- Author thought leadership publications on technology ethics and future workforce transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on product roadmaps for 2020+ initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate-tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in futurism
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale technology transformations (>$50M budget)
- Certifications in technology forecasting, innovation management, or strategic foresight
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act) and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
