Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and assess their strategic implications for 2026 market opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify first-mover advantages in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for strategic technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Expertise in evaluating at least 3 emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
