Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep understanding of future tech landscape (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-suite and external partners
