- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and innovation ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, academic institutions, and tech startups
- Author thought leadership content on technology trends and future-of-work implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains with published insights
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) or equivalent experience
