Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify emerging trends with disruptive potential through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for emerging technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Champion cross-functional implementation of pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology implementation
- Proven track record in forecasting and commercializing next-gen technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of technology adoption cycles and market disruption patterns
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
