Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
