Responsibilities

- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation opportunities to C-suite executives
- Manage annual $5M+ innovation budget and resource allocation
- Drive patent portfolio development and IP strategy for future technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams of 20+ professionals
- Published research or patents in high-impact technology journals
- Strong business acumen with experience in commercializing innovations
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
