Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to accelerate commercial viability of emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and provide strategic risk assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for collaborative R&D
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical and sustainable deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or generative AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from prototype to market
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
