Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap, prioritizing emerging innovations with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating next-gen technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Partner with product and engineering teams to incubate experimental projects with 5-10 year market impact
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies across global markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in high-impact domains
- Drive industry thought leadership through white papers, patents, and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with >$50M impact
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Strong network of relationships with academic research institutions and venture capital firms
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy) a plus
