- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI governance, or Web3 ecosystems
- Executive presence with exceptional storytelling and persuasion skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MBA preferred)
