Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners including startups, VCs, and research institutions
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption and advise on risk mitigation
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical C-suite audiences
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem (startups, VCs, academia)
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/computer science preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with portfolio of successful strategic initiatives
