Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology from concept to global deployment
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals or conference proceedings
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
