Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026 industry challenges in sustainability and human augmentation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with global R&D teams
- Present disruptive concepts to stakeholders and investors with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior technologists in future-proof skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced technology R&D with proven track record in innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, nanotech, neuromorphic computing)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences on future technologies
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional strategic communication with technical and non-technical audiences
