Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable systems for the 2026 strategic roadmap, focusing on AI integration and cloud scalability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in research and development of next-generation software solutions.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns for future-proofing applications.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced AI) to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in building distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and high availability.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
