Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and adoption readiness
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology strategy to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, architecture, or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating technical vision into executable business strategy
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong proficiency in data-driven decision making and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership) preferred
