Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in launching future-focused initiatives (3+ years ahead of market)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
