Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) for competitive advantage
- Lead innovation labs and R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation team of 15+ specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience with $10M+ budgets and cross-functional leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, papers, keynotes)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making proficiency
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
