Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of scalable cloud-native solutions
- Mentor 5+ engineers through agile sprints and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Conduct system design reviews and performance audits
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Kubernetes)
- Represent engineering in stakeholder presentations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, AWS, and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects
- Strong background in remote team management
- CI/CD certifications (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and Jira
