- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and secure cross-departmental buy-in

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
- Demonstrated success in scaling technology initiatives across global enterprises
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
