Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with market forecasts and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, bio-hybrid systems, decentralized AI)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
- Present technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and government innovation councils
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFTe)
- Published research or patents in emerging tech fields (IEEE, ACM, or Nature journals)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital for future-tech initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
