Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, MIT Sloan)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech ROI analysis and budgeting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
