Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused initiatives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure buy-in for strategic technology investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
