Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for 2026 market readiness
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into core business operations
- Manage cross-functional teams executing prototype development and pilot programs
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
