Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record in implementing quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS) or equivalent
