Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including startups, academia, and industry partners
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or advanced biotech
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite/board presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, papers, keynotes)
