Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Vision Roadmap, aligning with corporate objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into core business strategy
- Direct cross-functional innovation initiatives involving AI, IoT, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the Board of Directors and investor community
- Drive organizational transformation through technology adoption frameworks
- Mentor a team of 12+ technology strategists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology innovation
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience managing global R&D budgets exceeding $50M
- Prior success in driving organizational change through technology adoption
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
