Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their market viability by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology visions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage relationships with technology incubators, research institutions, and innovation partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption success and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market readiness
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience in scenario planning and disruption analysis
- Executive presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation preferred
