Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen digital solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Manage innovation incubators and startup engagement programs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
